Steps to Request Deletion

Option A — In the app (fastest, works immediately):

This immediately deletes your Google Sign-In-linked account and your cloud-saved progress. No waiting, no email required.

Option B — By email (if you no longer have the app installed, or can't sign in):

Send an email to apps@goldengemcreations.com — or just click the button below, which opens a pre-filled email for you.
Include the email address you used for "Sign In with Google" in Simply Arrows. This is the only way we can locate your account — we do not ask for or store any other device or account identifier.
We will verify the request and delete your account and associated cloud data, then confirm by email once it's done.

Requests submitted by email are processed within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.

Data	What happens
Your Google Sign-In-linked account (Firebase Authentication record: name, email address)	Deleted permanently as part of the request. Not recoverable afterward.
Cloud-synced game data (level progress, stars, achievements, gem history — stored in Firebase Firestore)	Deleted permanently at the same time as the account.
Your player profile (name and avatar), friends list, referral code, and your entries on Frenzy and Quickdraw leaderboards	Deleted permanently at the same time as the account. Any race you hadn't finished is cancelled and your opponent's entry is refunded. Races you already finished stay in your opponents' race history.
Local, on-device game progress	Not affected by this process — it lives only on your device, separately from your cloud account. Uninstalling the app removes it.
Aggregated, anonymized analytics events (Google Analytics for Firebase — e.g. level-completion or ad-interaction events)	Kept for up to Google Analytics for Firebase's standard retention period (currently 14 months from collection). These events are not linked back to your name, email, or deleted account, and cannot be used to re-identify you.
Advertising identifiers processed by Google AdMob for ad delivery/fraud prevention	Governed by Google's own retention policies, independent of your Simply Arrows account. You can reset or opt out of your device's advertising ID at any time in your Android system settings.
