Website Privacy Notice

1. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how people find and use this website: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are (country or city, worked out from IP addresses), what kind of device and browser they use, and how they arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We don't use it to identify you, and we don't use advertising features or share this data with advertisers. You can block cookies in your browser, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

2. Contact form

When you send a message through our contact form, we receive the app you chose, your name (if you give it), your email address, the topic and your message. We use these only to reply to you and to fix what you report, and delete them when they're no longer needed. Messages are stored in Google Firebase, in Sydney, Australia: messages about Simply Arrows go to the Simply Arrows support inbox; all others go to our studio inbox.

To block spam, the form for Simply Arrows messages uses Google reCAPTCHA, which checks your browser and how you interact with the page, under Google's Privacy Policy and Terms.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Like any web server, it briefly processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages securely and protect against abuse.

4. What we don't do

We don't sell, rent or trade personal information, we don't show ads on this website, and we don't ask you to create an account here.

5. Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain about how we've handled it, by emailing apps@goldengemcreations.com. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles; if you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

6. Changes

We'll update this page, and its effective date, if anything here changes.
